Non-profit organisations

Non-profit organisations (in the Belgian context, mostly "associations sans but lucratif", or ASBL) are the most common organisational form in the social economy in Belgium. The Centre for Social Economy analyses them from two major points of view:

  • the statistical description of the non-profit sector;
  • the analysis of the specificity of non-profit organisations.
